1. We reserve the right to refuse any and/or all services to anyone who does not comply with our policy!
2. No refunds are issued for any service. Repairs within the same day or within a 3-day period are accommodated with reasonable cause.
3. We do not accept personal checks.
4. Any damages to equipment or broken nail polished
5. Health issues must be stated before services are performed
6. L and R Nails staff are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen personal items.
7. Please be responsible and keep an eye on your children. We are not responsible for any damages done by them. . Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. A face mask is required & must be worn at all times. 10. Appointments have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your appointment slot will be forfeited.
